The wine he produced with his family became so popular, Jon's friends would offer to purchase bottles. But they were not for sale. ...But now, they are. Jon does not go by the science, but rather the feel and art of a seasoned vintner. Specializing in reds, Jon believes in the magic of blends and the importance of working on a small scale.
